• Create, Build & Improve Test Methodologies: Develop comprehensive testing methods and systems to evaluate detectors, ASICs (Application-Specific Integrated Circuits), and PCBA’s (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies).

• Design Test Fixtures: Engineer and maintain both electrical and mechanical test fixtures essential for accurate testing processes.

• Automation & Optimization:

• Develop Tools & Processes: Implement automation tools and processes to streamline testing, increasing efficiency and consistency.

• Develop Procedures: Create detailed procedures and provide training to operators on using test equipment effectively.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Educational Background:
