Transport Driver based on Allentown, PA

Shift & Schedule

This is a full time position on 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, from 4:00pm - finish. Could work between 8 - 12 hours daily, depending on business needs. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.

Position Details:

• Hauling Coffee, Beverages, and Packaging
• Dedicated routes with assigned tractors, that ensure you are home daily

Position Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate with your fellow team members
• Demonstrate pride in all that you do
• Complete all duties and assignments in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform effective pre and post trip inspections
• Follow all FMCSA and DOT state and federal requirements
• Maintain an acceptable CSA safety score (BASIC > 65%, driver fitness >80%)
• Ongoing training for professional and personal development
• Regular driver meetings every month

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $32.78 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $34.48 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and compliant DQF file
