As a Host, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they step through our doors. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel at home. - Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the guest experience. - Communicating effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. - Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized host area. - Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
We’re seeking someone who: - Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. - Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. - Brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
